1. Current status

Scly has no integrated subscription checkout or payment-card collection in the audited pilot. The founders have not approved plan prices, quotas, trials or billing periods. Historical prices mentioned in investor discussions are not an active offer. Do not charge customers on the basis of this draft.

2. Proposed launch model — requires approval

Proposal: a monthly business subscription, billed in advance and renewing monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal. Any trial, introductory discount or annual option must be expressly agreed. Plan price, currency, tax treatment, generation allowances, storage limits and included support remain to be set.

  • Show the contracting entity, total payable price, VAT/tax treatment, billing period and renewal date before purchase.
  • List included features, generation credits and limits; explain whether failed work consumes an allowance.
  • Require separate approval for paid overages or credit purchases. Do not silently recharge a card when an internal AI limit is reached.
  • Separate Scly fees from ad spend, Shopify subscriptions, themes and other externally billed services.

3. Cancellation and plan changes — proposed

Cancellation stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period unless agreed otherwise. Provide an accessible cancellation control and confirmation when billing is implemented. Downgrades apply at renewal; upgrades need a disclosed price and any proration before approval.

Proposal: give at least 30 days’ notice of recurring price increases, apply them no earlier than the next applicable renewal after that notice, and permit cancellation before they apply. Credit expiry, refunds of unused prepaid amounts and payment-failure handling still require approval.

4. Usage displays

Current AI cost indicators estimate provider costs and enforce development limits. They are not a customer credit ledger or evidence of an amount charged. A paid release needs a durable billing ledger, duplicate-charge protection, receipts and reconciliation with the payment provider.
