1. Pilot accounts
Accounts are currently invite-only and belong to an individual user and one workspace. Public registration, team permissions and self-service password resets are not available in the audited pilot. Contact team@scly.dev to request access or help changing an account. The proposed paid service is for adult business users; this scope remains subject to approval.
2. Keep access secure
Use an individual account and a unique password. Do not share passwords, API keys, session cookies or connected-store credentials. Only connect assets you are entitled to administer. Tell team@scly.dev promptly if you suspect unauthorised access; Scly may revoke access or suspend queued work to contain a verified incident. Password changes and account removal invalidate pilot sessions when the server registry is updated.
3. Connected services and scheduled work
You remain responsible for your third-party accounts and their terms. Revoke Scly access through the relevant provider when you no longer need the connection. Disconnecting a platform and deleting a Scly account are separate actions; published store pages and ads must be managed on the destination platform. Request cancellation of future work when closing a workspace; running work needs to be drained or safely stopped.
4. Export, cancellation and erasure
Settings → Privacy & data provides a copy of stored workspace records and a file manifest. Download the linked media while your account remains active. Ask team@scly.dev for material not included in that copy.
A privacy or erasure request is recorded for review; it does not instantly close your account, erase provider copies or cancel a future paid subscription. A closure procedure must separately stop work, revoke connections, arrange lawful deletion and explain any retained records. The pilot has no automatic erasure or complete backup deletion feature yet.
5. Suspension and appeals
The proposed process allows restrictions for compromised access, abuse, infringement or unlawful use. Give a reason and a way to appeal where lawful and safe, and limit restrictions to what is necessary. Contact team@scly.dev to challenge an account decision. No account restriction removes mandatory privacy or consumer rights.
